2. What Ridgeworks Provides
Ridgeworks offers digital infrastructure tools that support small businesses. We do not operate a storefront, host user accounts, or sell physical products or services to the general public.
The Services available through this site are limited to providing access to Ridgeworks infrastructure and related business tools. Eligible clients may be invoiced or charged for access to these services. Ridgeworks uses third-party providers, such as Stripe, to securely process those payments.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain businesses may be charged fees through Ridgeworks for access to platform infrastructure or related services. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. Ridgeworks does not collect or store full payment credentials.
Ridgeworks does not offer refunds for subscription or usage-based charges. If you have a question about a payment or notice a billing issue, please contact us directly. We will review each case and respond accordingly, but charges are generally non-refundable once processed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the site or its source code
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract content or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Services
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access if we believe any use violates these Terms or applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials on this site, including text, branding, and interface elements, are the property of Ridgeworks or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these materials without written permission.
6. No Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ridgeworks does not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes related to platform use.

You agree that any claim against Ridgeworks must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Mendocino County, California.
